Casting Nets into Other Seas – v2

Were they watching the shore

or were they watching His face

as He preached to the crowd

from the Sea that day;

did they understand His call.

Casting nets into other seas

to be fishers of men instead

the land their waters now;

fishing for men upon the shore

catching their hearts with His words.

Leaving the sea, their way of life,

all that they had known;

going when the Master led them,

walking away from family, their boats -

Leaving all behind.
